Our company promises to protect and never to give third parties any client information.

Patagonia Discovery Adventure’s website www.patagoniadiscovery.travel is subject to Chilean intellectual property laws, meaning that all website content is the exclusive property of the company, and that website content use, either partial or total, is prohibited without the company’s previous written authorization. This order relates to design, photographs, texts and website navigation maps.

Any violation of the previous points is completely prohibited and subject to Chile’s current legal regulations, and any appeal made will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in the city of Puerto Natales.

Patagonia Discovery Adventures reserves the right to modify or update its website, be it partially or completely, at any time deemed appropriate and without prior notice.

Reservation and Payment Policy


To request a reservation, you are required to send an email to info@patagoniadiscovery.travel, and the confirmation will in turn be sent by email.

Each reservation is considered separate, meaning that we do not merge people with different reservations, nor do we have fixed dates of departure. Each program can commence on any day of the week, and is always dependent upon the availability of local services.

To guarantee your reservation:

An initial deposit of 30% of the total cost of the program is required when making the reservation. After receiving this payment, a receipt will be sent by email.


The remaining payment of 70 % must be carried out 45 days before the start of the trip. This deposit must be made in US dollars by bank transfer into our American Citibank account. Each time a payment is received, the corresponding receipt will be sent via email.

Reservations made less than 45 days in advance, must be paid for in full at the moment of reservation.

We also have the Paypal payment system, available through our webpage, where payments can be made to account info@patagoniadiscovery.travel

Cancellation, amendment and reimbursement policy:

In accordance with the cancellation policy of local service providers, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded for cancellations made more than 45 days prior to the start of the program. Cancellations made after this will not be reimbursed.

In the case of modification of group numbers, it will only be possible to carry out a refund if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the start of the program, and if the number of people in the group is modified with more than 45 days’ notice, the value of the program will be readjusted in accordance.

* It is recommended that you buy insurance in your home country to cover any prepaid amounts, in the case of cancellations made outside the refund period.

Travel insurance: It is recommended that you purchase insurance in your home country, given that on numerous occasions, for reasons beyond our control, inconveniences such as delayed flights can occur, creating changes in the program.

We will always be available to help you in whatever is necessary with the aim of successfully carrying out the trip’s itinerary.

In the case of medical emergencies, we advise you to purchase accident insurance in your home country, since we, even in providing the necessary assistance, will not be held responsible for any medical or evacuation costs during the program.
